At Meado, we are committed to delivering your order promptly and with care. Please read the following information regarding our shipping process and rates.

Shipping Rates – Australia Wide

  • Standard Shipping (Flat Rate): $10.00

  • Express Shipping: $13.00

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over $99

Order Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM AEST will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier delays.

  • We currently ship to addresses within Australia only.

  • Please ensure all shipping details are accurate when placing your order. Once dispatched, we are unable to amend the address.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
